In an effort to cultivate young engineering talent locally, we have for the past few years worked along with BCTC. All proceeds from the tournament benefit BCTC student organizations. Collectively we help talented individuals to experience early hands on industry standards.

Avanceon’s own Nicholas selected as part of Berks’ Best 2016 | June 5, 2016
Congratulations to intern Nicholas Francone on being recognized as one of Berks County’s ‘best and brightest’ graduating seniors! Nick will continue to develop his talent through his Avanceon internship while studying electromechanical engineering at Penn State Berks this fall. We’re thrilled to have Nick on board as he pursues post-secondary goals!

Bring Your Child to Work Day | April 28, 2016
With kid friendly presentations from our primary business units and of course an abundance of snacks, pizza and ping pong games, each child went home with a better understanding of what it is to be part of the Avanceon family.
Avanceon Giving Back to the Community
Throughout 2015 Avanceon held several small charitable employee events to raise funds for the community. With a 100% company match, Avanceon was able to donate $1200 to two local food banks. In 2016, Avanceon hopes to increase our donations and continue to support our local community.
